1. When using the motor, there must be no sticky things, such as the adhesive cannot be injected into the bearing through the rotating bearing, which will hinder the operation of the motor.
2. Do not let the motor shaft get stuck. After being powered on, the motor will overheat in a short time, burning its accessories.
3. It is made into an eccentric heavy radiation load, which is not good for the life of the motor.
4. The installation and pressing of pulleys or gears should not be too heavy.
5. The rotation of the shaft may have an adverse effect on the life of the motor. To prolong service life, please check that your load is within specification and there are no overloads or objects hanging from the end of the shaft that would prevent it from turning.
6. Due to the lack of technical staff, when the motor meets the conditions mentioned in the manual, or the appearance judgment is obviously wrong, the quality of the motor cannot be guaranteed.
7. Do not store in high temperature or extremely humid places, and do not place in corrosive gases, which will reduce the effect of the motor.
8. When the positive and negative motor terminals of the power supply need to be soldered, the temperature of the soldering iron is 340°C±40°C, and the heating time is within 3 seconds. Do not stick glue (during the working process, if the solder joint enters the motor or breaks the wire, it will cause the performance of the motor to decline. )
9. Do not run the motor in the environment of high temperature and high humidity.
10. When installing the motor, if the screw is too long, it will cause the motor itself to contact the rotor and affect the characteristics.
